On April 2, 2015, Playboy expanded its beauty portfolio with the launch of Playboy Agaru Serum. Agaru, which means “lifting” in Japanese, is a high-end serum that is composed of eight beauty components used for anti-aging. In order to celebrate the launch, Playboy Agaru hosted a press conference in Tokyo, Japan with the support of Playboy Bunnies who helped present the product. Members of the media outlets in attendance had the opportunity to try the serum and experience Playboy Agaru first hand. The celebration continued that night with an after party at Act*Square, where guests enjoyed live performances as well as the venue’s incredible 360° video screens showcasing Playboy Agaru content. Among the many elite guests were high-profile Japanese celebrities such as Tetsuya Komuro (musician, producer), Genking (entertainer), and Kamui Kobayashi (F1 driver).
